The Texas law firm of Dement Roach & Stern, PLLC, with offices in Dallas and Plano, was founded on the same principals—experienced, knowledgeable representation utilizing common sense and excellent service. Our firm was founded in 2002. We have three principal attorneys with a common desire to provide value to our clients and the tools to protect their interests or pursue their goals.

Our focus is limited to Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Wrongful Death and Catastrophic Injury. We limit the scope of our practice in order to ensure we keep abreast of the latest developments in the law and the legal process. We also intentionally limit the number of clients we accept to ensure we have the resources to provide each and every client with the quality representation they deserve.
